HesperDelete your data
You can ask us to delete everything Hesper holds about you and your baby at any time, in either of two ways:
- write delete my data in your WhatsApp chat with Hesper; or
- email hello@hespersleep.com from any address, and include the phone number you use with Hesper.
We confirm your request in the chat or by email and delete your data within 30 days: your messages, your answers, your baby's sleep log and the plan. Payment records that tax law requires us to keep are retained only for that purpose and deleted when the legal period ends.
Deleting your data stops the program. Messages remain in your own WhatsApp app until you delete them there.
